Senior Brand Manager (Sponsorships and Brand Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Brand Experience - Shape and build with support from the Global MM and Global BD, the TIGER® Global sponsorship and brand experience strategy. How does our activation strategy work as and extension of the Masterbrand strategy for TIGER® and bring to life the brand’s positioning with consumers in the real world
  • Activation - Shape, develop and create in collaboration with Activation agency partners, Sponsorship partners and Global HEINEKEN Sponsorship team the TIGER® global playbooks and governance process for activating the brand across our range of global properties
  • Governance – Responsible for managing the Tiger Governance process through Asset Factory with OpCo’s and ensuring partners Brand ID is protected and applied in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Stakeholder Management - Key contact between Global TIGER® brand team and the Global HEINEKEN Sponsorship team who will manage contracting & negotiation. Key point of contact for Partners and OpCo’s for Tiger Sponsorship property requests
  • BTL - Deliver the activation playbooks and necessary tools/materials that will enable the Operating companies to successfully leverage TIGER® range of global sponsorship properties. Support the Global MM in the delivery and execution of all TIGER® global campaigns and BTL executions
  • Merchandise - Support Global MM in the management, oversight and deliver of the Global BTL Catalogue annually

Key Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree at a Minimum with preference for Master’s degree with a 5+ years related work experience in Marketing and/or Sponsorships ideally in FMCG
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to manage challenging agency partners to develop world-class activations in line with brand strategy.
  • Able to drive 3rd parties & multiple agencies to deliver what is needed
  • Exceptional  communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time/project management skills
  • Achievement oriented, tenacious and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into tactics
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives from different cultures around the world
  • Flexible in understanding different cultures and quick in adapt to different business situation.
  • Leadership skills, Able to lead the integrated project team working on the global campaigns.
