HR Operation Intern

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving.
  • Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP, Tripactions
  • Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards on Power BI.
  • Support the team with report requests and system assistance.
  • Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.

Required Skills

  • Pursuing a degree in preferably business administration, human resources, and other relevant studies
  • Basic analytical skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) Data visualization; Proficient in Excel
  • Communication skills: strong communication skills for day-to-day work with executives; good business writing & presentation skills; being proactive and self-organised.
  • Able to commit for 6 months.
