HR Operation Intern
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving.
- Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP, Tripactions
- Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards on Power BI.
- Support the team with report requests and system assistance.
- Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.
Required Skills
- Pursuing a degree in preferably business administration, human resources, and other relevant studies
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) Data visualization; Proficient in Excel
- Communication skills: strong communication skills for day-to-day work with executives; good business writing & presentation skills; being proactive and self-organised.
- Able to commit for 6 months.
