HR Operation Intern

The key responsibilities:

  • Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving.
  • Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP, Navan…
  • Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards on Power BI.
  • Support the team with report requests and system assistance.
  • Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Power BI skill is preferred
  • Power Point / Canva
  • Data visualization
  • Language: English
  • Able to commit 6 months internship
