Corporate Affairs Intern

Key responsibilities: 

Public Affairs (70%) 

  • Conduct research and provide support for our Public Affairs agenda work, including policy, advocacy and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Track and analyse public policy developments relevant to our organisation.  

  • Support the execution of integrated communications initiatives to strengthen HEINEKEN’s reputation with public stakeholders. 

Sustainability and Communications (30%) 

  • Understand our sustainability agenda, Brew A Better World, and collaborate with stakeholders to support delivering our sustainability goals. 

  • Coordinate reporting, governance meetings and sustainability activities across the region. 

  • Support the delivery of sustainability communications across internal and external channels. 

As a Corporate Affairs intern, you will receive exposure to strategic content creation, corporate and brand communications, and digital media as part of our multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. 

  • An interest in research and data analytics, with a passion for storytelling through data-driven insights. 

  • Open to learning and thrives on challenges.  

  • Adaptable, proactive team player who appreciates working within a multicultural and matrix organisation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in business, political science, sociology, marketing, economics, or other relevant fields with an interest in corporate communications, sustainability, or public affairs. 

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. 

  • Ability to commit to a 3-month internship.
