Lawyer

Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs department.

Responsibilities include indicatively:

• Drafting / reviewing contracts with suppliers, customers and/or other legal documents 
• Liaising with external lawyers in cases requiring external legal support 
• Supporting/ advising on marketing/promotional/ labelling/ products liability regulatory topics and consumer law practices
• Supporting/ advising legal research on topics of environmental legislation and sustainability topics
• Supporting on corporate law housekeeping; BoD minutes, General Shareholders Meetings
• Supporting/ implementing actions plan and / or any other guidance of Legal Counsel in the framework of the company’s compliance programs
• Liaising with Business Conduct Team on implementation of business conduct actions plan and campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree in Law is required, post- graduate degree in Law or BA will be considered an additional asset
• License to practice law in Greece
• 3-5 years post degree experience (tenure in corporate environment is a plus) 
• Legal experience related with several law sectors (Corporate, Consumer, Marketing and Commercial Law, Contracts); Knowledge/ experience in Competition law and Data privacy law issues will be considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
• Business oriented approach & understanding, agility, problem solving and interpersonal skills
