Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven professional to join our Legal Affairs department as a Senior Legal Advisor.

  

Responsibilities include indicatively: 

  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers, customers and partners and supporting our procurement function 

  • Handling disputes, litigation and complex legal issues  

  • Supporting on corporate law matters and relevant company decisions or transactions  

  • Supporting/ implementing actions plan and / or any other legal guidance within the framework of the company’s compliance programs 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally and with external advisors and providing comprehensive legal advice and support to various departments within our company 

 

  

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Law is required, post- graduate degree in Law or BA will be considered an additional asset 

  • License to practice law in Greece 

  • 15 years post degree experience (tenure in corporate environment is a plus)  

  • Legal experience on several law sectors (Corporate, Litigation, Consumer & Commercial Law, Administrative Law); Knowledge/ experience in Competition law and Data privacy law issues will be considered an asset 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English 

  • Business oriented approach & understanding, agility, problem solving and interpersonal skills
