Sales Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our team, eager to learn and with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitors KPIs, initiates root couse analysis when necessary in order to propose corrective actions and prepares presentations to inform the organization
• Develops analytical tools where necessary to address business issues
• Synthesizes data from various sources and incorporates own experience to generate insights in order to enable fact based decisions
• Designs, build and deploy high-end, user friendly reporting visualizations (Dashboards, interactive Graphs and Charts, Drill-in reports, etc.)
• Ensures data quality and consistency and performs root cause analysis when needed
• Collaborates with commercial stakeholders to determine requirements (KPIs and reports) and implement solutions that meet their needs 
• Collaborates with IT teams to integrate data from various systems and sources
• Performs UATs to ensure validity of datasets
• Educates users about BI capabilities by creating videos with tips
• Prepares adhoc and monthly/weekly reports and data queries
• Develops and maintains technical documentation
• Coordinates, participates or drives specific projects related to sales operations
• Supports the governance cycle providing input for assigned tasks
• Supports commercial planning by providing data and performing analysis when needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with BI tools, Power BI preferred
• 3+ years as an analyst or in sales preferrably in the FMCG industry
• Demonstrated experience with governing, implementing and driving advanced data analytics activities
• Project management experience in leading projects is an additional asset
• Working experience in a multinational organization is preferred
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint Skills
• Good working knowledge of SAP is aprreciated
• Fluent in English

• Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones

• Excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong (change) agility and you are used to work cross functionally in highly dynamic & complex environment, engaging with people at different levels of technical understanding
