To strengthen our marketing-team in our Berlin head-office starting in spring 2024 we are looking for a
Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Manager (f/m/d)
Your tasks
As part of the consumer market insights (CMI) & media team of our Marketing department, you drive the CMI agenda and help our organization becoming truly consumer centric.
- As a specialist & expert in the CMI function you develop holistic insights from a broad set of sources and shape and influence the commercial organization strategy
- You set up & manage research projects, quantitative & qualitative consumer studies together with key data agencies (Kantar, GFK, Nielsen, IPSOS) and continuously drive insights generation (consumer, shopper, brand, channel)
- Based on insights, you provide recommendations for our brands, channel and portfolio strategy and facilitate business decisions through data driven marketing
- You establish market, brand equity, consumer & shopper tracking and reporting and drive our brand measurement framework in collaboration with our data analyst
- Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders (sales, key account management, revenue management, media & brand management) and involvement in business development activities
Your profile
- (Master-)Degree in marketing, business, statistics, or equally relevant subjects
- Several years of work experience in the FMCG industry (grocery, shopper & consumer panels)
- Experienced in CMI / qualitative & quantitative research, media
- Track record in working with key data agencies: Nielsen, IRI, GFK, Kantar – preferably on agency and corporate side
- Analytic & data driven mindset with capabilities to manage and influence stakeholders in a comprehensible, precise and structured way
- Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
