Location: Yangon Head Office, Myanmar (Birmanie)

Function: Finance

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Perform Record to Report processes which include completing recurring entry, check and solve issues in GL postings and reviewing line items in the general ledger. These processes should be completed for the assigned OpCo, in accordance with Heineken process standards, policies and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare Balance Sheet and bank Reconciliation
Maintenance of monthly accrual, prepayment, provision schedules
Complete the following processes
Determine and complete recurring entry
Document Management system/knowledge management
Check and solve issues in GL postings
Review line items in General Ledger and determine and perform corrective actions
Consistently adhere to OpCo, local and Global guidelines, policies and regulations for areas including Tax, Record to Report etc
Support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested
Internal reporting OTIF
Creation and update of Employee, Customer & Supplier Code, Exchange rate, BU & SCOA in JDE system (Master Data Administration)
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Other Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. Finance, Accounting, Internal audit background Professional certifications including: ACCA/CIMA/RA/RE/CPA
At least 3 year experience in relevant field

Experience & Knowledge

Working knowledge and understanding of process risk management, internal control, process management, fraud management & compliance

Experience in the area of internal control, internal/ external audit or process management and improvement

Experience in organising and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance

Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications

Language

Good in English language skills

Myanmar is a must
