Title:  Mainstream Brand Manager

Brand Manager

for Mainstream brands (m, f, o)

Location: Zagreb, Croatia

 

 

You will be part of the dynamic world of brewing and, as a member of the "mainstream" marketing team, participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the favorite beer brands Karlovačko and Laško.

 

Your daily challenges include:

 

•Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with brand positioning and business goals. Ensure consistency in all brand touchpoints.
•Marketing Communication: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
•Media Strategy & Implementation: Develop and oversee media strategies and plans, optimize campaigns, and evaluate results.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate brand initiatives across departments (Trade Marketing, Sales, Controlling) to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.
•Brand Performance & Research: Track brand performance through market indicators and research, proposing actionable improvements.
•Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and report on brand budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and tracking.
•Agency Management: Manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality execution and continuous process improvements.
 

Required:

 

•University degree in economics or business
•Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG industry
•Open minded, analytical and willing to learn and develop
•Strong in communication & socializing
•Drivers license
•MS Office skills
•Proficiency in English language
