Every year, the education plan is being developed according to departmental priorities and educational needs defined in the Personal Development Plans. We support new employees and trainees with special onboarding or induction program. We try to give them a good start and onboard them as quickly as possible, in order to help them succeed and achieve their professional ambitions.
All employees are involved in transparent and fair performance appraisal system. The performance management system is linked to the business strategy, education and rewarding. Salary increases are systematically carried out, based on annual performance ratings and market salary comparisons. All employees are included in the variable rewarding system through monthly/quarterly incentives or annual bonuses.
