Contract: fixed term contract(maternity/parental leave replacement)
Key responsibilities
As a Legal Specialist, you will support a broad range of legal activities and work closely with business stakeholders on day-to-day matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
•providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to stakeholders and senior management
•drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
•monitoring legal and regulatory developments and communicating relevant changes internally
•conducting legal research (e.g. data privacy, intellectual property, compliance, industry regulations)
•supporting dispute-related matters
•contributing to process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
Key experiences and behaviours
•University degree in Law
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with exposure to commercial and corporate matters
•Strong experience in commercial contract law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements
•Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, propose solutions and defend legal positions
•Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
•Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-lawyers
•Fluency in English
•Proficiency in MS Office, including strong PowerPoint skills
•High level of initiative, ownership and accountability
•Experience in an international or matrix organization, FMCG or regulated industry is an advantage, but not required
