Title:  Learning and Development Lead

Learning and Development Lead (m/f/o)

What will you be doing?

Support the business, HR Director and People BPs in developing the workforce in a proactive manner to be able to deliver the business objectives of today and to prepare and adjust to meet the skills and capability needs of the future business, consistently targeting an increase in the quality of the company resource pool.             

§Manage the Climate survey process and monitor implementation of action plans
§Roll-out and monitor Performance Management processes and policies across the organization, including planning and organization of related activities
§Supporting HRBPs in implementation of the talent management and succession planning
§Planning and suggesting educations and trainings which will support Performance Management process,  talent pipeline and Heineken systems and tools
§Develop, implement and monitor the annual L&D plan
§Launch all mandatory internal training and monitor progress
§Identify, assess L&D providers including negotiation
§Measure the delivery and effectiveness of the L&D plan
§Participating in budgeting Personnel costs and suggesting needs for training and development budget including monitoring and controlling the budget
§Providing all needed reports
 

What are we looking for?            

We are looking for a qualified Learning and Development professional to oversee all learning and development activities and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

§Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
§Excellent people management skills
§Full understanding of all learning and development activities and best practices
§Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
üUniversity Degree
ü5 years work experience in HR in production company
üSAP Success factors experience is an advantage
üFluent in English
üSkilled in MS office
üDriving License
