Packaging Team Leader (m/f/o)
Place of work: Karlovac
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring production process according production & quality standards
- Using basic training methods in people development
- Organizing cleaning, maintaining and improving plant hygiene
- Clearly defining problematic spots and agreeing upon further actions with Maintenance
- Analysing the data, determining deviations and adjusting processes
- Restoring base condition in department
- Encouraging using, and uses continuous improvement tools in his/her everyday work for problem solving
- Team management and people development
Skills required:
- Mechanical engineer or Food technology engineer (Owner of a university degree in engineering or process technology)
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in team management and people development
- Problem solving skills
- Use of English (German not mandatory, but preferd)
- Flexibility, willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
