HR Business Partner for Supply Chain & Finance Department (M/F/O)

What will you be doing?

Aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs, working closely with management and employees in the brewery, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues.               

§Participating in creating and implementing long term and short term HR strategy
§Advising department managers and participating in employment, development, succession, performance management, compensation and employee engagement initiatives
§Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
§Supporting internal communication and change management activties
§Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
§Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
§Managing personnel costs within the planned business needs
§Lead the process of strategic planning of human resources for the production and logistics part of the organization and continuously improve processes and KPIs
 
What are we looking for?            

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

§Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
§Excellent people management skills
§Thorough knowledge of labour law
§Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
§Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
üUniversity Degree (Psychology degree preferred)
ü5 years work experience in HR in production company
üfluent in English
üskilled in MS office
üDriving License
