Brewing Team Leader (m/f/o)

   Place of work: Karlovac

Key responsibilities:

• Contributing to the continuous beer production pursuant to defined standards on quantity and quality with minimum costs.
• Participating in projects focused on achieving the brewery’s annual plans and goals, concerning the production plant
• Monitoring and recording control parameters in the department and reporting on deviations in both directions; making weekly and monthly reports
• Team management and people development.
• Organizing team work in accordance with the TPM program.

Skills required:

• Mechanical engineer or Food technology engineer (Owner of a university degree in engineering or process technology)
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in team management and people development
• Problem solving skills
• Use of English
• Flexibility, willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
