Accounting Assistant (m/f/o)

Place of work: Karlovac; a part‑time position

Main responsibility:

• Supporting the accounting department by handling day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring records are accurate, and assisting with reporting and compliance.

Your daily challenges include:

• E-invoicing: Monitoring the postings of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Providing responses to supplier and customer queries
• Assisting business on finance-related topics
• Preparing financial data for analyses, reports, and management review
• Ensuring tax documentation is properly filed
• Assisting with audit preparation and compliance
• Performing general administrative tasks as support to the accounting team

What are we looking for?

• Accounting knowledge: 1+ years of experience
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Attention to details
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
