  • Local supply

BRASCO, local sourcing, is the supply of raw materials produced locally, here in Congo, for the manufacture of our finished products (beers and soft drinks). It is an approach aimed at reducing our imports of raw materials and reviving the Congolese agricultural sector by working directly with local farmers and agricultural service providers.

  • Health and Environment

BRASCO is also a high-impact corporate citizen, committed to Congolese society. Several initiatives have been deployed in favor of responsible alcohol consumption, the fight against environmental change and sustainable development, and the protection of human rights. For example, 79% of BRASCO's suppliers have signed its employer code, notably ensuring respect for human rights and Congolese labor laws. o BRASCO created the “BRASCO Foundation” (or BRASCO Foundation), whose mission is to support local Congolese communities by carrying out works of public utility in the fields of health, the environment and education.

  • Diversity

At BRASCO, inclusion is not a question of political correctness, it is a mixture of experiences, ideas and talents. At BRASCO, diversity is not just about the percentage of women promoted, it's about succeeding in uniting everyone, whatever their origin or sex, around our 3 common values. These two concepts are key to our growth as they foster a culture of high performance, innovation and value growth.

  • Employee recognition

Ensuring that our employees are treated well has always been a priority at Brasco, as evidenced by the wide range of benefits – from housing to health care to pensions – that we provide to our employees. We believe in fairness and human connection and ensure that all of our employees earn a fair wage that covers the basic needs of their families.

This allows our employees to have a decent standard of living that is not dependent on variable factors like bonuses or hours.
