La Brarudi tout comme toutes les autres brasseries du groupe HEINEKEN offre de bonnes opportunités de carrière aux jeunes talents. Nous l’appelons « Programme de Management Trainee ». Ce programme présente une plate-forme qui s’adresse aux jeunes diplômés des différentes universités à la recherche de l’excellence, du leadership en entreprise et d’une grande carrière professionnelle dans le prolongement de leurs études supérieures.​

C’est une occasion exceptionnelle de participer à un processus de séléction distinctif qui vise à identifier les candidats les plus ambitieux, disponibles et proactifs, ceux développant le plus une volonté innée de devenir les futurs leaders de la Brarudi et à s’intégrer à notre culture d’entreprise HEINEKEN.​
