Responsibilities:
• Aligns with Heineken Global Procurement and implements an overall annual category strategy for the assigned categories of spend;
• Collects and validates the requirements of the relevant stakeholders and clearly defines and aligns the scope of spend and the approach for every project;
• Organizes procedures for supplier selection, implements negotiation strategies and concludes agreements with third parties for locally managed projects and spend;
• Supports the Heineken Global Procurement organization (HGP) by providing relevant information regarding local specifics and assists during the preparation of global RFx or Tender procedures;
• Conducts market researches and keeps up-to-date data about cost developments and trends;
• Performs internal and external analysis, generates local opportunity proposals and provides inputs for global opportunity assessment processes;
• Assesses feasibility, cost optimizations/return on investment on all category projects

• Creates and manages the execution of contracts with the support of the local Legal team;
• Monitors suppliers’ performance;
• Performs relevant to the function master data management activities;

• Creates and manages operational contracts in the digital toolkits as well as maintains an up-to-date electronic archive of all legal contracts.

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Commercial, Economics;
At least 4 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/ Procurement, preferably within a FMCG company and/or a production environment;
• Strive for continuous learning and professional development;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships;
• Ability to gain credibility and influence solutions at all levels;
• Strong negotiation and stakeholders management skills;
• Proactive attitude in identifying and solving issues;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• Project management experience is considered
as an advantage;
• Excellent language skills in English;
• Highly proficient in MS Office. Experience with SAP and other ERP systems (incl. e-Sourcing ones) will be considered as an advantage;

• Clean driving license and a willingness to travel on a regular base.
