  • Participates in the preparation and implementation of the company's HR strategy with regards to people and organizational development to foster organizational change, growth and development initiatives;
  • Creates a POD strategy based on the global projects and on the local needs;
  • Performs an analysis of the training needs and prepares an annual training plan and budget;
  • Organizes and manages the execution of the company’s training plan; 
  • Acts as a company trainer (soft skills, key HR processes related to POD);
  • Utilizes learning technologies and e-learning platforms to enhance employees experience and to foster a culture of continuous learning and development; 
  • Ensures the proper implementation of the Performance Management process in the company, including system management;
  • Develops and implements strategies to develop and retain talents within the organization (talent development programs, succession planning, retention initiatives);
  • Supports the activities related to boosting employee engagement and creating a positive work environment (onboarding, employee surveys, recognition programs).
  • Analyses data and metrics related to learning and development initiatives to measure effectiveness and to make data driven decisions (feedback, assessments, reports to track the impact)



  • University degree, preferably in HR;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Outspoken and result driven professional with strong customer orientation;
  • Ability to analyze data while having a holistic view;
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to mobilize employees at all levels;
  • Proactive thinking and professional curiosity; 
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office, HR systems.
