We are seeking an experienced and visionary Innovation and Portfolio Manager to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of driving innovation. This role is crucial in ensuring our product offerings remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation Leadership: Drive the innovation agenda by identifying and developing new product opportunities, from concept to launch;
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring a balanced and strategically aligned mix of products.
• Market Analysis: Identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product development;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management;
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget;
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive project success;
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for portfolio adjustments..

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, portfolio management, or innovation roles within the FMCG sector, preferably in the beverage industry;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
• Excellent project management and organizational skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
• Fluency in both English and Bulgarian.
