Responsibilities:
- Participates in the preparation and implementation of the company's HR strategy with regards to compensation, benefits and administration;
- Performs regular analysis of the employees’ compensation levels and plays a crucial role in the personnel cost budgeting process;
- Leads the annual salary increase process as well as revises the existing incentive schemes on a regular basis;
- Responsible for organizing and delivering all in-house activities related to the monthly payroll closure (shifts, absences, documents circulation, etc.);
- Performs monthly payroll checks, working closely with external payroll and administration vendor;
- Responsible for all staff benefits management and administration;
- Owns the development and updating of all HR related policies and procedures;
- Organizes and coordinates all activities related to the CLA and workers representatives body;
- Manages any projects related to rewards/staff administration / benefits;
- Responsible for the HR KPI house and HR reporting and analysis;
- Acts as an advisor on any labour legislation related topics;
- Supports Global Mobility team and coordinates expats management processes;
- Acts as a point of contact for both the payroll and staff administration vendor and the regional rewards team;
- Key user and SME for the HR system in place.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in HR, Finance or Accounting;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational enterprise;
- Excellent knowledge in compensation and benefits practices. Knowledge and experience in job grading is considered an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of local labor legislation;
- Proven strategic thinking with an ability to incorporate data and analytics in decision making;
- High level of proactivity and constant desire for learning and personal and professional development;
- High level of confidentiality and ability to quickly find solutions in a tense environment;
- Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work in a team;
- Strong focus on customer needs and a drive for continuous process improvement;
- Continuously challenging the status quo with experience in leading organizational change initiatives;
- Proficient in communicating, building influence, and developing longstanding relationships at all levels;
- Proficient in both English and Bulgarian;
- Highly proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI is considered an advantage.
