Titel: Revenue Manager
As a dynamic leader you are accountable to define and achieve topline, gross margin and market share ambition by setting and deploying the RMG strategy and by driving and embedding RMG capability across commerce and finance functions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Define RMG strategy & priority initiatives to shape & support broader commercial strategy and deliver value growth for the OpCo (incl. KPIs & action plans)
- Identify value growth opportunities based on clear methodology and strong analytics and insight. Create holistic plans together with Sales & Marketing to capture and sustain long-term value growth
- Set clear strategic and execution guidelines, across the RMG levers (with Sales and Marketing) to secure perfect execution
Embed RMG and orchestrate initiatives within cross-functional teams, and contribute to all RMG related business decisions
- Position RMG as a strategic business partner with a clearly defined role in commercial strategy and execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to shape plans and strengthen execution
- Foster a culture of value- and fact-based decision making
- Challenge cross-functional teams in the realization of RMG activities in their respective accountability field
Create a High performing RMG team
- Give direction to the team and instill a culture of first-class business partnering
- Define the bar and development plans to Best in Class RMG practice and delivery
- You will be part of the broader HEINEKEN RMG community, providing support, best practices and opportunities to collaborate and learn from international peers.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring around 10 yrs of commercial experience
- Previous RMG expertise is preferred but we’re also excited to get to know you if you bring experience in business roles (e.g., demonstrated experience in Commercial/Marketing or Finance roles)
- You can demonstrate impactful project management
- You have a clear understanding of RMG, Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Optimization, Discount & Trade Terms and Channel performance analysis.
- You are a strong communicator and influencer
- With your problem-solving mindset, you are eager to deliver results
- You speak Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
