Responsible for leading the people agenda of the assigned country, ensuring delivery of core people processes and supporting the business through people initiatives in strong partnership with stakeholders and the full People team.Main touch point for local Trade Union, leading the social dialogue process (CLA negotiation), under the overall guidance of the People Director RO & BG, and in partnership with People Manager SC & Industrial Relations, and Rewards Manager.Acts as business partner for Management Team Members, advising them on people related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor law, internal policies and regulations whilst also supporting business led people decisions.
