Area Sales Manager -Pleven
Main Responsibilities:
• Builds high performing sales team, eager to win on the market – develops, supports and coaches the sales representatives in their journey to full potential;
• Develops and executes sales plans to increase market share and profits of the area in line with ZAGORKA strategy;
• Attains sales targets by proper target cascading, timely communication of priorities to the team and effective management of company resources and investments in the area;
• Ensures implementation of marketing activities, promotions and POSM as per company standards;• Builds and maintains win-win relations with new and existing customers and distributors in the area;
• Manages investments cost efficiently and in accordance with the approved budget, supports business planning process by qualitive forecasts and market insights.
Requirements:
• University degree or in process of acquiring;
• Min 3 years of commercial experience;
• Pro-active, results driven and customer centric attitude;
• Ability to organize and set clear priorities for self and others;
• Effective communication and cooperation within and outside the organization;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Good command of English;
• Clear driving license.
