Provide proactive support to our Marketing teams by addressing technical queries, highlighting potential risks, and proposing improvements across different phases of the development cycle.
Coordinate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product (web site, app, platforms, etc) and work closely with QA to align on test plans and quality assurance.
Coordinate with vendor teams / agencies and understand timelines and potential blockers in application management.
Ensure the stability and performance of Heineken’s existing applications, including the Global Brand Platforms and other applications serviced.
Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree. Masters is a plus
Excellent written and verbal English.
3-5 years of experience in area of rollout of web sites, mobile applications, digital campaigns
Experience with complex programs and projects, with dynamic timelines and involving multiple stakeholders.
Good understanding of CSS, HTML and JS.
Self-driven, stakeholder management, proactivity, strong communication skills.
