Intern Global Maintenance & Asset Management

 

Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about and Maintenance in High Performing Organisations and looking for an experience in an international environment?

 

The purpose of this internship is to support the global maintenance & asset management department in delivering its 2020 key objectives. This includes involvement in the scaling up of Preventive Maintenance plans and Standards and ensuring regional implementation through developing appropriate workshops. Maintenance benchmarking through data collection, building dashboards and ensuring engagement of key stakeholders. In addition there will be active involvement in supporting functional Centres of Excellence, and working on Asset improvements. You will experience working in a global environment and progress in a diverse organisation to achieve your goals.

 

The internship is based in Zoeterwoude, NL and available for the duration of 6 months.

 

Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.


Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Improving PM standards and availability via a global machine database and support roll-out to the regions
  • Collect maintenance, financial and productivity performance numbers and build benchmarking reports  via gaining insights into the operating companies
  • Build good practices, format them in a template & tracker and follow-up on implementation with a selection of breweries participating in Centres of Excellence
  • Integration and data cleansing of databases
  • Analysis of compliance to required standards

 

Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with others
  • Takes a pragmatic approach with adopts a can-do mentality
  • Strong in Office 365 tools, preferably with experience in PowerBi and SharePoint
