Title:  Domain Architect

Domain Architect Supply Chain

As Domain Architect you are responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting on the IT investment portfolio, striving for portfolio optimization within HEINEKEN Netherlands Supply (HNS). You will advise the IT team on architectural aspects of the IT landscape and new innovations, taking existing HEINEKEN Global IS standards and rules into account. With your experience in complex IT environments you are responsible for setting the direction for developing the annual, integrated IT investment plan.  

 

What are your responsibilities as Domain Architect ?

Your goal in this position is to contribute to the development, improvement, simplification and governance of the HNS IT landscape, taking overall business and IT objectives into account, act as the advisor to the business and IT community, program/project management, support organization and external suppliers on solutions and technology trends. Your main responsibilities are:

• Able to deliver current & to-be HNS architecture, reflecting the current processes and how they are effected in the relevant systems, aligned with the reference architecture from Global IS and Global Supply Chain functions of HEINEKEN
• Able to deliver Full overview of the OT architecture, defining how information/hardware and interfaces are organized on a machine/Process Control Domain level within the breweries
• Able to deliver roadmap for our system (applications, data/reporting, security) landscape for the coming years, define core/key systems for each business use/need and governance in alignment with Global functions on security, systems and programs.
• Advise for solution lifecycle management for specific technology product(s);
• Signal or create new opportunities for innovation based on in-depth knowledge or market trends;
• Able to understand, foresee and translate the functional and OpCo strategies into technology and data strategies;
• Being an active member/thought leader in HNS portfolio & architecture community;
• Bring in an outside-in view of industry and market trends that have impact on the Business or IT organization and act upon these;
• Work with senior stakeholders in business functions and internal IT stakeholders to ensure practicality of technology and data strategy.

As Domain Architect you will be based in Zoeterwoude and you will be reporting to the IT Manager HNS.

 

Your working environment
Within HEINEKEN Netherlands, you will be a part of the IT department, a team which consists of 35 passionate professionals.   

Are you the Domain Architect we are looking for?
To be successful we’re looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate the vision, mission, goals and themes to both business and IT audiences. Also the ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or other relevant education;
• 5 - 10 years’ work experience in a similar role and within a complex IT environment (preferable Supply Chain, FMCG);
• Experience within Agile Architecture methodologies;
• Experience with Program- and Project Management;
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills;
• Be persuasive and influential in the advising process;
• Sound understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
