Title:  RTR Accountant


Operation – Maintain the General Ledger in a timely and accurate manner for the SSSC

Compliance – Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements are followed. Support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested.

Service Management – Response to queries from OpCos via email/telephone in alignment with the service management processes. Identify issues and use the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise. Provide proactive, quality service in alignment with service management standards and PPIs

Learn and Standardisation – Perform activities consistent with standard processes. Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas and applying any agreed changes to processes.

Personnel Development – Drive own personal development in leadership, functional competencies and business knowledge by creating, agreeing and implementing development plan


·      Must be able to meet the required timeline, esp during closing period (month/year end)


·      ACCA/ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent qualification recognized by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS)


·      GL experience is desirable, preferably within a Shared Services Centre environment

·      Good interpersonal skills, ability to form effective relationships with OpCo Finance Team

·      Good understanding of ERP Accounting System (JD Edwards) is desirable

·      Working knowledge of MS Office packages

·      Fluent English (written and spoken)
