Title:  HR Officer

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the accurate computation and timely submission of sales commission to payroll.
  • Design and develop dashboards to analyze workforce trends and provide meaningful metrics and insights to enable data-based decision making about our people.
  • Ensure appropriate internal procedures and controls in relation to data maintenance of all employee information.
  • Identify data issues, cleaning and integrity checks across systems to achieve accurate headcount and compensation reporting.
  • Deliver and maintain effective HR services and administration to support the achievement of the HR Strategy.
  • Proactively partner business HR to provide consultative services, support and advice.
  • Responsible for the manpower reports and manage HR Budget
  • Understand the day-to-day transactional processing pertaining to employee's life cycle (i.e. new hire, confirmation, internal transfers, employee contract administration and payments, cessation of service) to meet internal customers expectation.
  • Provide inputs on process improvement for overall departmental efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Other ad hoc projects and HR administration activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with ideally 5 years of experience in related fields
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills
  • Highly organized, process-focused aptitude, with strong management and follow-up on assigned tasks within stipulated timelines for successful completion.
  • Self-motivated and positive, able to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and works well under pressure.
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Knowledge of SuccessFactors software will be an added advantage

  • Strong in project management and enjoys liaising with various stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Able to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
