Title:  Head of Digital & Technology, Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore

Job Description

  • Lead local D&T team and orchestrate Opco digital transformation in line with business priorities. 
  • Provide expertise and capabilities to the business across analytics, data management, digital product development, technology, cyber security and upskilling / Agile WoW


Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy and orchestration

  •      Orchestrate all transformational activities in alignment with OpCo’s end to end strategy, to balance change capacity
  •      Oversee the design and implementation of the OpCo’s digital roadmap
  •      Allocate D&T capacity to digital initiatives and product teams
  •      Provide technical vision, guidance, and authorization to carry out major plans and initiatives
  •      Oversee design and implementation of D&T principals, policies, and processes
  •      Create an appropriate ecosystem to enable transformation, by managing strategic vendor and partners relationships

     Digital & Tech activities

  •       Supervise data management and governance to ensure readily available and high quality data
  •       Oversee and guide the development of new Digital / Advanced Analytics products
  •       Build, manage and evolve the technology landscape
  •      Ensure implementation of global enterprise architecture
  •      Ensure cyber-security measures are in place and functioning
  •      Keep a contingency plan in place, ensuring the integrity of systems, information and business continuity

     Upskilling/Agile WoW

  •      Build and develop local capabilities in data, advanced analytics, digital product development, technology, and cybersecurity
  •      Lead implementation of Agile WoW and cross functional product teams, and support the digital upskilling of the overall workforce
Leadership and personnel management
  •      Bring the D&T voice to the management team
  •      Seek the development of D&T personnel and facilitate a work environment aligned with the corporate culture

    Experience & Profile

  •      12-15 years in IT/digital transformation inclusive of 3+ years leading a similar size organization
  •      Posses business knowledge and understanding, preferably in the industry or at least in an adjacent one
  •      Proven ability to deliver large, transformational technological projects
  •      Experience with incorporating data and analytics in decision making
  •      Demonstrated ability to hire and develop world-class talent, and construct a team to deliver operational excellence
  •      Excellent leadership and communication skills
  •      Proven strategic thinking
  •      Posses digital and innovative mindset, knowledge base, and experience that goes beyond simple awareness
  •      Strong project delivery, planning and change management skills
  •      Experience with Agile ways of working
  •      Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
  •      Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
