Title:  Business Analyst


Reporting to the Supply Chain Business Controller, incumbent is responsible for the business partnering functions with Supply Chain, with added responsibility to support budget and strategic planning that is submitted to APAC Region and Heineken Global Company.


1.    Business partner for the functions in Supply Chain, tracking spend and providing budget preparation advise.
2.    Added responsibility to support budget and strategic planning that is submitted to APAC Region and Heineken Global Company. On monthly basis, analyse actuals compared to budget and latest estimates.
3.    Manage and run the annual Transfer Pricing exercise which requires cross functional effort from Procurement and Supply Chain.
4.    Responsible for inventory control, of which duties include (but not limited to) monthly accounting entries, annual cost-roll up and revaluation, cycle/annual stock-take. 
5.    Responsible for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), of which duties include (but not limited to), budgeting and forecasting activities; approving, review and report.
6.    Responsible for review and analysis of management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (prepared by the central operations team) for use in managerial decision-making.
7.    Manage the implementation of new processes and reports creation in the ERP that is relevant to inventory control or Supply Chain.
8.    Monitor the business activities and provide analysis as required.
9.    Provide analytical support to the responsible functional areas by identifying informational needs and create actionable reports that make recommendations based on the results of the analysis.
10.    Develop analytical plans and ad-hoc analyses to support the short-term tactical as well as long-term strategic initiatives.
11.    Integrate analysis results that leverage across relevant functions including Commercial and Support.
12.    Perform new product feasibility and submission of Business Case studies.
13.    Perform related duties as assigned.



•    Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, management accounting/reporting, budgeting. Auditor experiences is a plus.
•    Proficient in working with systems and large volume of data
•    You should be operationally hands on and thrive on working in a dynamic and challenging environment.



•    Knowledge of ERP and system reporting processes
•    Cost accounting knowledge is a plus
•    Technical expertise in management accounting and P&L analysis.
•    Data Synthesis and analysis. 
•    Knowledge and understanding of the role of Finance in the Supply Chain arena.


•    Highly developed numerical, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop innovative insights from analysis/ research and make actionable recommendations.
•    Ability to analyze issues from a micro and macro point of view and organize data for analysis and presentation.
•    Readiness to work in cooperation with peers from other functions within the organization. 
•    An eye for detail, meticulous. 
•    Self-motivated professional, proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•    Mindset of continuous improvement and not just settle for status quo.
