Title: Cluster Talent and Leadership Development Manager
As the Cluster Talent & Leadership Development Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, you will understand cluster priorities as well as the respective country needs and drive the design and deployment of talent and leadership initiatives across both countries. You will design solutions at a cluster level while driving projects at the country level and coordinating and tracking cluster implementation whilst championing learn/share/reapply. You will also collaborate with Global and Regional Talent & Leadership teams to drive solution development and enhancement of policies, processes and programmes related to Organization Design, Performance and Talent Management, Culture and Change Management, and Workforce Development. Your key customers include teammates from within the People function and functional leadership teams.
YOU LOVE:
Organizational Design & Development
- Collaborate with key leadership teams, act as a liaison and advisor on the Cluster’s talent and leadership topics, while facilitating initiatives across the organization based on business needs.
- Co-facilitate discussions with the Management Teams of both countries to shape and drive topics that support the strategic talent and leadership agenda within their countries.
Learning & Development
- Define and implement action plans to meet organisational capability requirements.
- Identify individual and organisational learning and development needs and implement the right interventions (based on HEINEKEN’s learning philosophy).
- Drive the functional competencies framework and e-learning to build current and future capabilities.
- Review and manage requirements for global and regional learning programmes such as leadership, commercial and technical programmes
- Drive a robust and engaging new hire onboarding and induction programs.
Performance Management
- Ensure alignment of Cluster performance management process with HEINEKEN’s strategy and process.
- Manage the reporting and dashboards for Performance Management, ensuring alignment with the Talent Management scorecard for each country.
- Strengthen functional and people manager capabilities in performance management.
Talent Management
- Support the People Review process to facilitate succession planning of critical roles and development of top talents.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that ensure consistent building of talent pipeline.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead the launch and communication for the annual Climate Survey and drive participation.
- Collaborate with local People Partners to identify and drive climate action plans to increase employee engagement.
- Provide counsel where culture change is needed to meet business needs.
- Drives and deploy relevant employee engagement topics on high performance culture and employee engagement
Team Leadership
- Manage resource allocation (people and budget) for people and organization development
- Coach and drive development with team members to create a culture of learning and growth mindset
YOU NEED:
- At least 10 years in Human Resources (Business Partner, Talent Management, Organizational Development and/or Learning and Development).
- Solid experience in talent management and organization development, you can respond quickly to business needs by designing effective talent and leadership strategies and delivering significant impact.
- Profound knowledge and experience with the latest talent management and leadership tools and techniques.
- A degree in Business or equivalent
- Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent customer focus, you can prioritize based on business impact and you have an instinct for how you can add the most value.
- Ability to build authentic and effective relationships within and outside the organization
