Title:  Knowledge Lead - Supply Chain

UI/UX Knowledge Lead

Fulltime - JG20

 

Function: Global Supply Chain 

Department: Transformation Team 

Reporting line: to CoE and Hub Effectiveness Manager

 

Job purpose:

Ensure optimal access to and sharing of know-how within the new networked SC organization (global/regions/OpCos/Hubs/CoE) in order to work effective and efficient across the globe, e.g.

making informed decisions based on consistent standards and practices, speed-up execution and prevent re-inventing the wheel. Bring a user-centric design approach to our Knowledge

Management strategy and embed tools and visualisation that ensure a great user experience.

 

Key responsibilities:

Knowledge Management processes

  • Re-)Design the Knowledge Management process, including governance.
  • Guide & facilitate the Global Functional Leads and Centres of Excellence and other SC best practices to assure they are captured and re-applied fast. 
  • Benchmark on Knowledge and Competence Management approach and systems
  • Continuously improve and collaborate with other functions to create one way of KM in Heineken

 

Knowledge Management & Collaboration tools

  • Ensure for Knowledge & Collaboration Systems:
    • alignment with actual organisational developments
    • a consistent way of storing classified and validated information
  • Make knowledge easily accessible
  • Be focal point of communication for all Microsoft O365 sharing and collaboration tools with support of external parties and D&T.
  • Execute customer needs analysis
  • Analyse the effectiveness of the new KM programs in terms of business value and user experience
  • Make proposals for improvements of the KM and Collaboration platforms in close cooperation with D&T Product teams and GSC
  • Initiate and coordinate experiments for new tooling/systems in close cooperation with external parties, D&T and GSC
  • Support KM system roll out to new Operating Companies (e.g. training)
  • Assure KM is part of on-boarding new employees

 

Quality and availability of information

  • Co-define and maintain information taxonomies and assure alignment with the global taxonomies across functional disciplines and Master data
  • Assure information security and availability
  • Co-design/-maintain the GSC visual and lay-out identity for all classified documentation
  • Monitor KM performance

 

Professionals development of KM and Collaboration with digital tools

  • Lead the GSC Key-user community for the KM and Collaboration systems to stimulate sharing of experiences and collaborative learning in the GSC teams
  • Organise and facilitate KM workshops on all KM/Collaboration aspects
  • Make the tools training materials easily available (e.g. digitalise) and design/maintain the GSC specific materials (Help & Training site)

  • Knowledge Management Round Table (KMRT) with other external companies to share and gain experiences.

 

Qualifications:

MSc. Degree in the Supply Chain knowledge domain with a strong affinity for IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.  BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology coupled with

relevant working experience in the knowledge domain or a master's degree in Business Management)

 

Experience / skills required:

  • 8+ years of working experience in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment
  • Experience with key knowledge management concepts, tools and techniques
  • Able to articulate the value of KM and drive buy-in and sponsorship from the business to manage knowledge effectively and efficiently
  • Able to lead and implement new (technical) developments in KM
