Technology Specialist Logistics & Customer Service 

You will join to the GIS SC Tech team responsible for managing, developing, implementing and supporting IT solutions in the CS&L Customer Service and Logistics area, in Global Supply Chain organization. Your main responsibility will be the support operations, support and ensure that the systems run smoothly. This role requires a solid understanding and experience in eWM, ERP, MM, SD systems, a proven track record of development and support, creation of high performance teams, and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.

 

You will join to the team responsible for managing, developing, implementing and supporting IT solutions in the CS&L Customer Service and Logistics area, in Global Supply Chain organization. Your main responsibility will be the support and operations and ensure that the systems run smoothly. This role requires a solid understanding and experience in eWM, ERP, MM, SD systems, a proven track record of development and support, creation of high performance teams, and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.

The position will also align systems Architecture and work closely with other application teams like ERP product team to help make design, development and support system decisions to ensure strong and efficient Supply Chain Processes.

General Technology Specialist:

 

  • Ensures consistency of the overall solution;
  • Works with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements;
  • Participates in the selection of new technologies
  • Provides guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process;
  • Manages the quality of the solution and technical debt;
  • Identifies potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these;
  • Maintains awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability;

 

Qualifications:

 

•           Bachelor/Master’s degree

•            Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies.

General Technology Specialist

•            Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people;

IT leader, with demonstrated thought leadership and influence across an organization

•            Experience in a similar role and within a complex international environment with specific involvement with ERP-related Projects and Programs (SAP ERP, EWM, MM , SD , Etc)

•            Proven experience in IT Service Management frameworks and processes.

•            Solid experience with contract management and managing third parties

•            A proactive approach to setting direction and ensuring continued stakeholder support and alignment

•            A desire to be a thought-leader in Supply Chain Processes and IT Solutions in Heineken
