Title:  Talent Management Analyst


To support the effective and efficient execution of our global talent management processes and data, enabling the successful execution of our Global Talent and Leadership strategy.


Key activities:

People Review Process

  • Ensure the consistent execution of the People Review process. This will include the communication to stakeholders for alignment with the global cycle timelines, the design of material to be used during the process, the preparation of key data, and capability building to OpCos to ensure quality and consistency
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of key pieces for the People Review process at the Global level (e.g., ET Calibration & People Review, Functional People Reviews, Global HR People Review, Supervisory Board meetings)
  • Manage the People Review inbox & Global Talent Management sites to be the point of contact for the OpCos/Regions regarding questions, communications, updates, etc

Talent data

  • Drive the development of regular and bespoke reports, dashboards and any other analytics requirements for populations of interest (e.g., Talent Pools and MT & Key Positions Succession), aligning with the HR S&S and Empower teams.
  • Provide MyHR expertise for Performance Management & Succession modules and drive capability building in these areas for OpCos/Functions/Regions
  • Influence the usage of reporting tools at Global, Region and OpCo level to generate valuable talent insights
  • Provide relevant analytics as a key input into the regional and functional people reviews.
  • Conduct analyses and extract insights from metrics to help determine priorities and inform solutions.
  • Research and consolidate benchmarks in key talent metrics

Resource Committees

  • Collaborate with Global HR Managers to ensure availability of data required for RCs
  • Prepare standard reporting and data analysis for:
    • Functional Resources Committees
    • Functional Succession Planning meetings
    • Functional People Review meetings
  • Lead the cross-functional sharing of best practices for RC execution

Talent Development Programmes

  • Lead the nomination process for Global Talent Development programmes:
    • HIMAC
    • Accelerate (coordinate with regions)
  • Global Mentoring (nomination & matching)



  • Education: Bachelor/master degree · 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR professional
  • Excellent skills in Office Products
  • Quality driven, analytical mindset and pragmatic
  • Customer focus (OpCos/Regions/Functions)
  • Experience with HR systems, talent data & reporting
