Title:  Talent Acquisition Consultant - Supply Chain

As Talent Acquisition Consultant for Supply Chain, you take the lead in building an effective recruiting strategy for the function, actively searching for the best talent out there and engaging the most highly skilled candidates through a personalised approach.


We are a newly set-up internal recruitment team in Corporate Office so things are not as highly structured as you are (possibly) used to. This is like a start-up and so emphasis is on engaging with key business stakeholders, getting to grips with business needs and helping to set up the recruitment ways of working within Supply Chain. Quality is above and beyond everything else so being able to map the market, identify and connect with top profiles and pull in the right talent is critical to success in this exciting position. 


In summary:

  • You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks;  
  • You are trusted advisor/ partner to your hiring managers and help them proactively on how to fill their vacancies in the most efficient way;
  • You guarantee a seamless and polished candidate experience;
  • You are a shaping figure in the development of the long term recruiting strategy for HEINEKEN Corporate Office Supply Chain;
  • You have such a strong network within Supply Chain;
  • You manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process: Headhunting, pipeline building, interviewing, advising, negotiating offers and on boarding;
  • You drive and continuously help improve current recruiting tools, policies and processes e.g.: Communication, Collaboration, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, etc.


Your profile


In order to be successful in this opportunity you have:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house recruiter;
  • Excellent listening and engagement skills, you are able to answer business needs by finding the best talent;
  • Experience solving complex business issues, designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor;
  • A strong understanding of the talent market, particularly in Europe;
  • Eager to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency;
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest headhunting tools and techniques. An exposure to market mapping and talent research to obtain data and insights of talent competitors in the business units;
  • Excellent customer focus, you prioritize based on business impact and you have an instinct for how you can add the most value.
