Title:  Supply Chain Technology Specialist S&OP

Within Global Technology Supply Chain in GIS, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technology Specialist to support our Sales & Operation Planning domain.

 

The role is part of the Global Information Services (GIS, Global IT) department of HEINEKEN International. GIS is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. This includes strategically important S&OP activities as driven via a multiyear program.

 

Technology Specialists act as a key player to enable business processes by technology. Thorough understanding of the business processes is key in this role, technology is there to enable. Usually the configuration/setup of the solutions is outsourced, hence the role isn’t hands on in terms of solution configuration. Soft skills and functional knowledge are deemed more important than in depth technical knowledge.

The role consists of mix changes, extensions and support to the existing IT solutions as well as deploying these solutions globally. The current solutions used in the S&OP domain are:

 

  • JDA: demand, supply incl. IO, S&OP, and flow casting
  • Infor Advanced Scheduling
  • FuturMaster: demand and supply
  • Power BI for reporting purposes, as supported by a separate team

 

The solutions integrate with SAP ERP and in some cases JD Edwards and Navision/Microsoft Dynamics; experience and knowledge on such integrations is required including the data related aspects of such integrations.

General Technology Specialist

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • Technology Specialist (Product Architect): in a technology related subject and/or equivalent recognised work experience.
  • Technology Specialist (Engineer): in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies.
  • Technology Specialist (Business Analyst): in Business Administration, Economics or similar field of study
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people;
  • Being a business and technical consultant that is responsible for the design of the product;
  • Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured;
  • A strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas;
  • Recognizing the corporate strategy;
