Senior Global Process Expert

Job purpose

Drive process excellence and transformation in order to enhance business value and positively impact business outcomes. Acting as a liaison across functional peers, drive cross-functional objectives for the end-to-end optimisation of processes in order to realise the Company and Finance strategy and ambition.

Your working environment

You will report to the Global Process Lead. Part of the Global Finance Business Process Management department, which consists of 28 people. Based in Amsterdam.

 

Your profile

·       Qualifications: Master, plus relevant certification on the assigned expertise area, incl. post-master (e.g Acca, Cima)

·       6-8 years (managerial) experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment

·       Experience in a mid-level reporting & accounting or business control role at OpCo level or in shared services environment, with exposure to relevant enabling technology and ERP systems

·       Stakeholder management across Global, Regional and OpCo

·       Extensive experience with process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking

·       Experience with transformational projects

·       Organise/facilitate process design/validation workshops

·       Knowledge and understanding Continuous Process Improvement (TPM/Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management methodologies

·       Fluent English language skills
