Title:  Regional Deployment Manager ( SuccesFactors )

The Regional Programme lead is part of the EMPOWER programme team with a focus on the Programme Management within their region. The main responsibility of this role is ensuring that there is a detailed deployment plan in place for their region, ensuring that the right resources are identified, assigned and made available to the EMPOWER programme.  Monitor progress of all OpCos within their region to ensure OpCos adhere to the plan. Be the interlock with Global and identify OpCo risks/concerns. OpCo stakeholders management.



  • Define detailed deployment plan for your region, based on framework from the global team (plan for EW’s and plan for the rest of OpCos in your wave)
  • Ensure detailed (unique) deployment plan per OpCo. Deployment of one OpCo can take up to 12 months time.


  • Ensure OpCo resources are identified, assigned and made available to the EMPOWER programme.

Engagement  & Communication

  • Collaborate with the global team, regional stakeholders (Regional HRD) and OpCo teams (OpCo HRD) to build awareness and ensure successful preparation and deployment in APAC
  • Stay closely aligned with the different OpCos during the program (Keep a finger at the pulse)
  • Manage communications and change activities with all APAC OpCos
  • Coordinate and host regional activities such as workshops, UAT, etc.



  • Collaborate closely with the central programme team making sure the planned activities are followed up by the OpCos (keep on reinforcing discipline)
  • Being the driving source in the: identification, tracking and closing of Regional/ OpCo, risk and issues.
  • Ensure execution of toll gate approvals based on input from global team
  • Manage the regional program team

Reporting and monitoring progress

  • Monitor progress with all OpCos in APAC (weekly follow up calls)
  • Report progress to OpCos, Regional team and global team
  • Address activities which are behind on schedule and escalate them if necessary




  • 10+ years of experience in programme or project management,
  • Experience/savvy in both HR and IT
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
