Title:  PRODUCT OWNER SFA - SALES ENABLEMENT & INSIGHTS

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation - Create, implement and subsequently drive a SFA innovation pipeline to collect innovation opportunities across OpCos
  • Co-ordinate development - Co-ordinate functional design and business requirement prioritization for initiatives in the Sales Enablement & Insights stream in the Global SFA team
  • Support deployments - Co-ordinate the New Way of Working stream in OpCo deployments, ensuring solid change management by the OpCo project team
  • Co-ordinate expectation management across Regional and OpCo stakeholders to determine scope and prioritization of requirements
  • Co-ordinate 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery against defined development roadmap using Agile approach
  • Facilitate collaboration with Regional Sales Directors and Operating Company Management Teams to create and deliver a 3-year Sales Execution Mobile deployment roadmap
  • Deliver functional Sales ownership and responsibility for Sales Force Automation (SFA) development and deployment, focusing on Field Sales Enablement, including: Performance Management and Trade Marketing processes
  • Co-ordinate rigorous value tracking to support continuous financial decision making

 

Qualifications and experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor
  • 6+ years of sales/trade marketing experience (FMCG industry) ideally within an operating company environment. Requires strong project management experience in continuous improvement initiatives as a project manager paired with solid understanding of (mobile) sales tools and analytics.
  • Fluent English language required
