Internship – Global Procurement


Your job

As a valued member of the Commerce, Professional and Business Services team – you would be working in one of the below specific Category teams:

  • Digital, Technology and Professional Services 
  • Business Services (HR, Travel, Fleet, Workspace)
  • Sponsorships & BTL
  • Media, ATL and Consumer / Market Insights
  • Commerce Capex, Point of Sale and Commercial Services
  • Sustainability – Commerce, Professional and Business Services

Depending on the role and your capability, you will be working on specific projects within a dedicated category team and potentially across the wider department – to maximise your growth and learning experience.

As part of HEINEKENs Evergreen strategy, launched in 2020, our team is working closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to drive innovation, value and sustainability across each commerce and professional / business service category


Your working environment

As a Commerce, Professional and Business Services intern, you will report to the Global Category Leader for one of the teams mentioned above and your position is based in Amsterdam. 


Your profile

For these roles, we are looking for a talent who has a willingness to learn and develop their skills and capabilities across communication, commercial, contracts, sustainability and innovation.

Also, the ideal candidate has/ is:

  • Currently in study for a Bachelors or Master’s degree.
  • Fluent English language required. (Dutch is advantage)
  • Familiar with general office tools (Microsoft)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, pragmatic, resilient and a can-do attitude
  • Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Dutch residence preferred 
  • Must be enrolled as a student during the entire internship
