Internship Global Talent & Leadership Development


Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about talent and leadership development and looking for an experience in an international environment?


As an intern in Global Talent & Leadership Development, you will be working together with the Leadership Development Advisor. Amongst others you will be responsible for the coordination of our Leadership 360 Feedback tool and the Insights Discovery personality profiling tool. You will also support the deployment of our global Leadership Development programmes for global top talents. You will be working on programme operations, helping to identify improvement opportunities in addition to providing support to participants and our Operating Companies (OpCos) that deploy these tools and programmes.


The internship is based in Amsterdam and available per 10 February 2020 for the duration of 6 months.


Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the operations of the global Leadership 360 Feedback tool and Insights Discovery tool.
  • Assist with global Leadership Development programme operations incl. programme evaluation and billing.
  • Support Regions and OpCos with programme deployment
  • Depending on your areas of interest and current opportunities, you will work on projects independently - previous examples:
    • Co-design and deliver an interactive digital Leadership Development Guide.
    • Design and creation of communications plan for Insights Discovery tool rollout across the globe
    • Redesign of Leadership Expectations SharePoint site (structure, design, content).



Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Our playing field covers of all HEINEKEN OpCos across the globe so although your position is based in Amsterdam, you will work very internationally.
