Are you passionate about digital & analytics and looking for an internship to help future proof the Heineken Export and Global duty Free business? Then you might be the ideal candidate for us!


In this role you will be part of the Sales Capability and Business Development Team and you will help shape and drive the digital agenda. Moreover, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn about our wider business by assisting in commercial projects. Activities will include:

•                 Contribute to the creation of a digital commercial strategy

•                 Support analyses and decision-making

•                 Optimize data-validation processes

•                 Develop value-driven reporting & dashboards

•                 Develop and support the training & capability program


Your working environment

Heineken Europe Export & Global Duty Free is responsible for all 3rd party Export & License business in Europe and for the Duty Free channels globally. The EE&GDF OpCo manages independently a large portfolio of brands lead by Heineken® and has a strategic role for the development of brands across multiple markets. The Headquarter is based in Amsterdam, and counts 100 people.


Your internship will be in the Sales Capability & Business Development team (SC&BD) which is part of the Sales department. You will directly report into the Sales Capability & Business Development Manager. You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Finance, and Trade & Brand Marketing.


Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, mature and hands-on student in the final stage of their studies (IT, Econometrics, Digital Sales/Marketing, Economics, Business Administration) with a strong analytical profile. International experience is preferred. A strong personality and flexibility is required. Fluency in English is mandatory. All candidates should furthermore possess the following skills/characteristics:

•             Enthusiastic and curious

•             Team player

•             Good communication skills

•             Ability to be self-starting and work independently when and where needed
