Are you a creative, analytical and digital savvy student, looking for an exciting internship in the Global Innovation Department at Heineken?


Your contribution as an intern is essential to the mission of Global Commerce Innovation to deliver new ventures and business models within the craft beer and on-trade environment. The variety of the fast paced work requires constant engagement as well as focus on executing key tasks and finalizing assignments on time. Being part of the Global Innovation team means that you get to experience both collective team-effort and an autonomous way of working in the area of innovation. Driving your own projects will be one of the essentials to help the team develop further.


In this role:

  • You will analyse market trends and come up with new business models based off of specific consumer & market insights
  • You will conduct performance reviews on ongoing business models and find insights on how to improve
  • You will discover and explore new opportunities for growth
  • You will take ownership of your own project and drive it end to end


Your working environment

As intern you will report to the Innovation manager and your position is based in the Amsterdam global office. Your team of four consists of people with different nationalities but all sharing the same passion and drive for innovation and success.


Your profile

We are looking for a dedicated hardworking and outgoing person, who will still be enrolled at university throughout the entire period of the internship and has a keen interest for the world of innovation at HEINEKEN.


Also the ideal candidate:

  • Has an educational background in Business administration, Marketing and/or Innovation
  • Has an excellent grasp and control of the English language
  • Has a structured approach and is able to condense vast amounts of information into a clear and concise story
  • Has excellent analytical skills and is business savvy
  • Is creative and likes to find new and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
  • Is open and approachable
