Heineken International - Brewery Capacity Model – Global Support


Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about digital supply chain, advanced data analytics and looking for an experience in an international environment?


Brewery capacity model (BCM) is a data collection and optimization tool used in Heineken Global Supply Chain for all countries with production units. This internship role is part of the global network performance team from Heineken global supply chain. BCM global support provides training and support for global users (60+ countries) of brewery capacity model to fill in the data and validate the calculated results for 2019.


The internship is based in Zoeterwoude and available as soon as possible for the duration of 4 months till end of June.


Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

ê  Help users remotely to complete the data input

ê  Support users to understand the tool better, by giving demo and remote training

ê  Drive for data collection progress, motivate end users to deliver on time in full

ê  Be responsible to data quality check and validation

ê  Test new version releases of the tool



Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

ê  Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually

ê  Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge

ê  Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal

ê  A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality

ê  Strong result driven personality

ê  Good analytical skills

ê  Easy connection to people from different cultural background

ê  Good social media community management skills preferred

ê  Programming knowledge is preferred but not a must. Technical understanding ability is a must.
