Global Sales Project Intern

 

Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about Project Management & Sales and looking for an experience in an international environment?

 

In this role you will be supporting the Reporting and Communication Specialist of the Global Sales team within Global Commerce. Your main responsibility will be to assist organising Commerce Week from the Global Sales department. Commerce Week is HEINEKEN’s annual event where the Commerce Community comes together.

 

The internship is based in Amsterdam and available per beginning of February for the duration of 5/6 months.

 

Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.


Your projects

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Co-organization of Commerce Week for the Global Sales department including the coordination and delivery of presentations, marketplace and other elements – managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination of Global Sales quarterly Newsletter
  • Sales Performance Tracker, supporting on collection of quarterly report measuring sales performance of 70+ countries within HEINEKEN.

 

Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study (HBO/WO) and you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Team player capability and have the eagerness to learn & share knowledge
  • Commercial experience and project management skills
  • Pragmatic person with a can-do and hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
