We are looking for someone to join the global Inclusion & Diversity team at HEINEKEN for a six-month internship, which will give you the chance to help define what I&D means to our people across the globe. Your job

As an intern on the global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team, you will be working together with the Head of Inclusion and Diversity and the global Inclusion & Diversity Programme and Communications Manager. Amongst other duties, you will support the deployment of our global I&D action plan, i.e. working with our global ambassador community and supporting the global I&D communications strategy internally and externally.

 

You will also be responsible for market intelligence reporting and analysing the latest trends and benchmarks across the world of Inclusion and Diversity.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the I&D ambassadors’ community across Global Functions and Operating Companies, i.e. coordinate and manage key stakeholders, workshops and events.
  • Create and support I&D on our communications strategy, engage with our employees through a variety of communications (editorial, internal communication, visual identity and design work, such as infographics.)
  • Design and deliver market intelligence reporting for I&D, gather the latest trends and insight research for benchmarking across similar industries.

As I&D intern you will report to the global Head of Inclusion and Diversity, which is part of the Global HR Talent and Leadership Development team.

Your position is based in Amsterdam.

 

Your profile

You are enrolled in a Master’s degree programme, preferably with focus on HR or I&D, such as Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Inclusion & Diversity or Gender Studies. Do you recognise yourself when reading the bullets below?

 

  • Passionate about Inclusion & Diversity
  • Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality
  • Team worker with the ability to work independently and to juggle priorities
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work in a structured way on projects (project management experience is beneficial)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable working with design tools and visual identities
  • Well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
  • Fluent in English with an international interest
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
