To support the execution of the Finance vision « Be First Class Business Partners and Guardians of HEINEKEN’s assets and reputation », the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) started in 2018 to reflect on the need to update the Finance priorities to ensure it captured new trends and best supports the HEINEKEN Ambition 2020. Taking stock of the trends and progress made in the last years, the FLT has recently decided to update the Finance priorities with four new Challenges and 12 Must Win Battle (MWB). This new set of Challenges and MWBs have become the Finance Transformation agenda: one set of priorities for the all Finance function.


In the role of Change Manager you will be part of the newly created Finance Transformation team, driving the delivery of the new Challenges and MWBs. You will be working with the FLT and the wider Finance community (i.e. OpCos, Regional and Head Office teams), developing and deploying the change management needed both at strategic level but also in selected Finance initiatives.



Your responsibilities

As the Finance Change Manager you are responsible for:

  • Developing a thorough change strategy for the Finance Transformation
  • Managing the stakeholder identification process and develop and implement a stakeholder management and engagement approach to ensure that the right stakeholders are fully onboard at the critical stages within the wider Finance transformation
  • Supporting and engaging senior leaders on what it means to be a change agent
  • Develop the storylines and narrative around this transformation and shape the high level communication strategy
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify pockets of resistance and prepare risk mitigation tactics within the wider Finance transformation to ensure user readiness and engagement
  • Deliver change management expertise in selected Finance initiatives



Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

  • University/Master level with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Focus on deliver customer value, empower teams, start quick and smart and learn relentlessly
  • Self-reflection, adaptability, collaboration and resilience come natural to you
  • Promote and demonstrate core principles of collaboration, prioritisation, accountability and visibility
  • Strong gravitas to engage with teams and individuals
  • Significant experience in change management and understanding of change methodologies
